Zero Sulphites added Demetra Brut Nature

Demetra Brut Nature without added sulphites Mirabella is produced from Chardonnay grapes from vines at least 30 years old with a yield of no more than 70 quintals/ha. Exclusively manual harvest to best select the healthiest grapes and then check them again during the winemaking phase. Only free-run must and controlled temperature fermentation without the addition of sulphites. Aging for at least 24 months on the yeasts for an intriguing Franciacorta DOCG.

The Demetra Brut Nature without added sulphites Mirabella Franciacorta has a hay yellow color with greenish reflections with a complex nose with fresh and varied notes, such as elderflower, golden apple, bergamot zest and light sensations of rhubarb and star anise. On the palate the persuasive creaminess meets vibrant acidity and enveloping minerality, revealing a Franciacorta of expressive freshness.
