Rosè

Located in the heart of Franciacorta in Rodengo Saiano, the winery owes its name to the main land of the company, called "La Valle", owned by the family since 1890. It all began in the historic 1400s winery, ancient and evocative, a place of silence, today used for hospitality, tastings and events. Thus, poetry and technique, past and future, coexist and merge into a single reality. In 2010 the family decided to design the new cellar, a space entirely dedicated to winemaking and refinement, a model of innovation and technology.

This Franciacorta Rosè produced by the La Valle company is a brut made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, the latter located on moraine soils 200 meters above sea level. After an initial fermentation in steel, it immediately moves on to refine in the same material for approximately 8 months. The refermentation in the bottle then begins, where the wine will remain in contact with its yeasts for around 40 months and, after disgorgement, it rests for another 6 months before being ready for sale.

The Classic Method Rosè produced by the La Valle company shows an intense rosé colour, on the nose the aromas are fruity, of red fruit such as raspberry, cherry, as well as light herbaceous and mineral notes of flint. On the palate it is savory and pleasantly fresh.
