Regium

Located in the heart of Franciacorta in Rodengo Saiano, the winery owes its name to the main land of the company, called "La Valle", owned by the family since 1890. It all began in the historic 1400s winery, ancient and evocative, a place of silence, today used for hospitality, tastings and events. Thus poetry and technique, past and future, coexist and merge into a single reality. In 2010 the family decided to design the new cellar, a space entirely dedicated to winemaking and refinement, a model of innovation and technology.

Regium produced by the La Valle company is a sparkling wine developed with the classic method using Chardonnay grapes, the latter located on moraine soils at 200 meters above sea level. After an initial fermentation in steel, it immediately moves on to refine in the same material for approximately 8 months. The refermentation in the bottle then begins, after which the wine will remain in contact with its yeasts for approximately 46 months and, after disgorgement, to rest for another six months before being ready for sale.

Franciacorta Regium is produced by the La Valle company and has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, on the nose the aromas are fruity, yellow apple and peach, with notes of toasted bread and yogurt. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly savory.
