Vanzini is an agricultural company founded in 1890. The estate belongs to the history of the Oltrepò Pavese, a family business with a passion for typical vines. The offer is very wide: it ranges from Pinot Noir, available in many variations, to Croatina, Barbera, Uva Rara, up to Pinot Grigio and Riesling.

Con Tatto Bonarda dell'Oltrepò Pavese of the Vanzini winery is produced from grapes grown in the vineyards located in the hills of Oltrepò Pavese, located in the Municipalities of San Damiano al Colle, where the soil is clayey rich in sandstone and calcareous marl and located at 220 /280 meters above sea level with Guyot training system. After pressing and destemming, maceration is carried out on the skins for a period of 7/15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The maturation lasts at least 5 months, then the refermentation takes place in thermo-conditioned autoclaves at 6 atmospheres, for the second fermentation. Bottle refinement lasts 40 days before being put on the market

Con Tatto Bonarda dell'Oltrepò Pavese from the Vanzini winery has a red color with purple hues, on the nose the hints are of fruity aromas, blackberry and raspberry. The taste is soft and slightly sweet, with an aftertaste of almond and plum.
