In 1936, the Barzanò Barboglio family inherited the lands on which the Mosnel company now stands in the heart of Franciacorta, in fact in 1976 the name ''Barzanò Barboglio farm'' was definitively abandoned. At the helm of Mosnel is the fifth generation of winemakers, the children of Emanuela Barboglio: Giulio Barzanò, who follows the technical and commercial part and Lucia Barzanò who takes care of marketing and administration. The family makes use of the collaboration of a highly trained staff and highly experienced agronomist and oenologist consultants who constantly follow the production and its evolution.

Aged on the lees for 30 months, the Pas Dosé produced by the Mosnel Company is the Franciacorta that is used as a reference point in the ''zero dosage'' category, straw yellow in color and with a fine perlage, the nose expresses notes of crusty bread and almonds accompanied by deep hints of hazelnuts and citrus fruits, followed by intense mineral hints. In the mouth it is sapid and citrusy, pleasantly fresh and with a persistent finish.
