The history of the Fratelli Muratori farm began with the desire of this family to make the passion for wine a real entrepreneurial reality, and to transmit the passion for these territories in the world.

The cellar is structured vertically, on floor 0 there is the delivery of the grapes with the cold room, at a depth of 3 meters there is the pressing area, where the grapes are pressed and then subjected to further pressure to let the liquid escape /residual must, somehow stuck to the skins or still contained in them. At 6 meters instead that of pellicular maceration, and finally at 12 meters that of vinification and refinement. In this way, the Fratelli Muratori farm ensures that its vineyards are managed organically and self-sufficiently.

Cisiolo is a Zero Dosage Blanc de Noirs from the Fratelli Muratori farm, it has a bright straw yellow color, with a delicate and persistent perlage. The nose is expressed with notes of citrus and pink grapefruit, accompanied by the typical sensations of bread crust of the zero dosage. In the mouth it is remarkably fresh, decidedly vertical, with a crazy balance between structure and acidity.
