The Mirabella Company, even if it was born earlier, began a real transformation in 1979 into an Agricultural Company. Located in Rodengo Saiano, in the province of Brescia, it originally stands on the structure of what was the old spinning mill of the town, and which owes its name to the homonymous locality where the initial 11 hectares of vineyards owned by the company are located. Today, in total, the vineyard area reaches about fifty hectares, and among the rows dominate the classic varieties from which Franciacortine bubbles are obtained, such as pinot noir, pinot bianco and chardonnay. Both in the vineyard and in the cellar, the production philosophy is set towards eco-compatibility and low environmental impact, so the energy used comes 100% from renewable sources.

The Demetra Rosé Brut Nature Millesimato Mirabella Franciacorta is produced with pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot bianco grapes from the Mirabella vineyards in Paderno Franciacorta, grown on fluvio-glacial soil with the Sylvoz plant at 3000 vines / ha. After the manual harvesting of the only healthy bunches to perfect ripeness in the first half of August. The vinification takes place in separate phases for each vine using only free-run must.

The Demetra Rosé Brut Nature Millesimato Mirabella Franciacorta has a powder pink with antique gold reflections with fascinating hints of toasted, pink grapefruit, brioche bread and a background of eucalyptus and almond shell. On the palate notes of blood orange, white flowers and pastry. Fresh, savory and elegant, powerful and persistent.
