Il Peccatore

Azienda Agricola Bisi was born in Pavia, in Lombardy, from a land where wines with a unique and unmistakable character are born, which are the expression of the place and of man. In 1926 the grandfather bought a vineyard called Roncolongo, giving life to the company. Subsequently he built a small cellar for the transformation of his grapes and transformation of the aging of his wines, setting himself a fundamental objective: to produce quality wines. Despite the passing of the years and the succession of three generations, the love for the land and the passion for wine has remained the fulcrum of all the activities and initiatives that have determined the development and growth of the company up to the present dimension. The vines are grown directly according to the best tradition and with the utmost respect for the environment. The grapes are harvested, selected and immediately vinified according to the biological rhythms of ripening. A consolidated experience guides all the subsequent phases to guarantee the maximum authenticity and quality of the wines: wines that are an expression of the territory.

Il Peccatore Bisi is a red wine produced from Pinot Noir grapes vinified in white. They are trained in Guyot from a land of 5700 plants per hectare, from 20-year-old vines, with a yield of 95 quintals and harvested by hand in boxes. During the vinification, only the free-run juice is used in order to avoid the transfer of color by the skins. The second fermentation takes place naturally in an autoclave, to obtain a wine characterized by primary and fruity aromas.

Il Peccatore Bisi has a straw yellow color. The scent is fruity, fragrant and harmonious. In the mouth it is fresh, floral, full and rightly acidulous.
