Demetra Brut Nature Millesimato

The Demetra Brut Nature Millesimato Mirabella Franciacorta does not hold back in front of anyone or anything. The clusters were harvested only from vineyards over 18 years of age, to highlight their quality. The various grapes separated during the vinification phase in perfect degree of ripeness, fermented with selected yeasts in a concrete tank of which 25% of the Chardonnay fermented in barrique and batonnage for 4-5 months, and then finally refined on the lees for a minimum 55 months and not less than 6 before the sale after disgorgement.

The Demetra Brut Nature Millesimato Mirabella Franciacorta has a gold color, the noblest of colors. On the nose, hints of freshly baked bread and yeast mixed with yellow fruit and white flowers, with pleasant citrus notes. With a strong, dry, persistent flavor, all combined with a feeling of great balance and elegance.
