The Brolettino Cà dei Frati comes from Turbiania grapes harvested at full maturity and which when vinified carries out the malolactic in barrique. Thanks to the richness of the soil and the winemaking technique, Brolettino has a great complexity of scents ranging from ripe fruit, peaches, yellow apples, fleshy roses with fresh and balsamic notes. Ample and decisive on the palate, elegant with a marked acidity that favors its freshness.
