Monsupello Rosè

The Monsupello farm was born about a century ago, back in 1893 in the locality of Cà del Tava in the municipality of Oliva Gessi. It was later in 1914 that the Boatti family bought another estate called '' Podere La Borla '' in the municipality of Torricella Verzate a few kilometers away. Here they built the same cellar which today has been enlarged, improved and made modern thanks to new production technologies. The company now boasts 50 hectares of owned vineyards to have low yields of grapes per hectare, the manual harvest is carried out exclusively in boxes. An all-Italian company that is constantly evolving according to current market needs, and well oriented to continue the path started by Carletto very well.

Monsupello Brut Rosè is a sparkling wine made from 100% grapes from Pinot Noir, which give it a remarkable freshness. The white vinification begins with the soft pressing of the whole grapes, which through the classic procedure, leads to the separation of the must from the stalks and the marc. After a period of refinement in steel at a controlled temperature, it undergoes protein and tartaric stabilization to guarantee the quality and purity of the sparkling wine.
