The Solouva Agricultural Company opens its doors at the beginning of the sixties in Lombardy, from a technical point of view SoloUva is a method by which fermented wines are produced in the bottle without the classic addition of cane sugar to cause the second fermentation . this process is used for a purity purpose, in fact nothing extraneous has been added inside this bottle apart from grapes. Moreover, thanks to the extension of the territory that boasts about 2800 square hectares, and to the arrangement of the vines between the various cardinal points, it determines completely different characteristics from each other, leading to the production of SoloUva wines of the highest quality.

The Franciacorta Solouva Dosaggio Zero of the Solouva Agricultural Company is produced exclusively with Chardonay grapes. The pressing takes place in a soft way to preserve the acidity of the must and all the richness of a ripe grape to the maximum.
