Brut

The Majolini winery boasts a wide selection of sparkling wines representing the territory. The Brut Vintage, in fact, contains the colors, aromas and flavors of Franciacorta and makes them its cornerstones. The production of this bubble begins with the pressing of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes; we proceed with the fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, the creation of the cuvée, the bottling for the second fermentation and the final refinement of at least 48 months in contact with its own yeasts.

Brut Majolini is characterized by a straw yellow color and ample aromas of floral notes; its taste is intense, elegant and balanced.
