Monte Rossa Cabochon 2014 derives from the selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, processed according to the company philosophy, a combination of tradition and innovation. Following the soft pressing of the bunches, we proceed with the fermentation in oak barrels and the aging in bottle for over 40 months.

It presents an intense yellow but bright with a beautiful fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, precise hints of medlar and fresh almond, slightly floral closure; worthy of the great vintages On the palate rich, dense, of great personality. Citrine closure, with almond finish, typical of cabochon.
