Prima Cuvée Brut is one of the best known sparkling wines of Monte Rossa. A synthesis of 19 crus spread over 70 hectares of Franciacorta vineyards, this bubble is an excellent expression of how rural tradition and innovation have merged in an extraordinary way: the Brut Prima Cuvée Monte Rossa testifies that here between craftsmanship and research there are no compromises.

The grapes used for this brut sparkling wine are mainly those of Chardonnay, together with small percentages of Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco; their harvest involves manual harvesting in small boxes. Only the best are subjected to soft pressing and placed in steel vats and oak barrels for fermentation. A second fermentation in the bottle with the Classic Method follows.

With a pale straw yellow Prima Cuvèe presents itself to the eye and stands out for an immediate approach. With good structure, the nose offers floral scents, tropical fruit along with mineral nuances and dry pastries. The body well present, does not exceed.
