Uberti is Franciacorta, history and traditions, it's constancy and vision. The Uberti cellars are located in Erbusco, a territory in which the first family wine growers were well established as early as 1793. From such remote origins a company was born that today stands out in Franciacorta for a continuous and stubborn work of defense of the territory, an essential prerogative for an oenology focused on quality at any cost. A forward-looking activity that Uberti has supported over the years with various works of expansion and improvement of both the land and the cellars, to ensure maximum attention to every phase of the production process. The result is in the value of these labels, well known to the most expert palates.

The historic "Comarì" vineyard enjoys an excellent exposure, constantly ventilated and planted on hilly soils particularly rich in minerals. Here the Franciacorta Comarì del Salem is born, whose grapes Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc are carefully selected for soft pressing, followed by the fermentation of the must partly in French oak barrels, partly in steel tanks. The wine remains on the lees for 60 months and after disgorgement an additional 6 months pass before being marketed. An elegant, dry wine with the classic softness that made the Uberti Franciacorta wines great.
