Francesco I extra brut

The winery was founded in 1793 when Agostino Uberti became the owner of a small farmhouse and the surrounding vineyards, in the Salem area of Erbusco. The production of wine began immediately, but the great leap towards excellence began in the seventies when G. Uberti together with his wife Eleonora took the reins of the company, projecting it in the vision of quality, respect for tradition and the environment that has made one of the most representative of Franciacorta.

Francesco I extra brut is produced from Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes, which are rigorously selected and lightly pressed, but only after a period of 30 months on the lees.

It has a straw yellow color with a very fine and persistent perlage. Persuasive taste and aromas of particular finesse, without effects it is extremely pleasant.
