Cabochon Rosé

Produced for a 59% of Chardonnay grapes and 41% of Pinot noir grapes grown in the cru of the vineyards of Pratone, Barek, Brolo, Palo, Nespoli the Cabochon rosé is a reserve characterized by a complexity and freshness unique to a bubble.

It has an elegant limpid pink color. The nose is full and rich in complexity, there are hints of fruity aromas that change towards more mature notes of undergrowth and a delicate component of spices.
In the mouth, despite the fresh acidity, it proves powerful, long and well structured.
