Aphrodisium

Aphrodisium Casale del Giglio is an excellent sweet wine that enjoys the Lazio Bianco IGT designation. Its multiple aromatic properties derive from the blend of Fiano, Greco, Viognier, Petit Manseng and the winemaking process dedicated to it.

The harvest begins at the end of October, so that the grapes are well dried by the intoxication of the sea and are ready to be processed: following the extraction of only the most concentrated part of the juice, spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel tanks .

Aphrodisium is ready to be tasted: the precious golden yellow color opens on the palate with fresh floral notes of peach and orange and fruity aftertaste of grape skin, peach in syrup, citrus and honey. A perfect combination of sweetness and persistence.
