Spumante Extra Dry IGT Lazio I Lori is a sparkling wine produced in the Lazio region, specifically in the area of ​​Cori (LT), by the I Lori winery. It is distinguished by the use of the Bellone grape variety in purity (100%), a characteristic that gives the wine a specific territorial identity. The choice of the Bellone grape variety, native to Lazio, gives this sparkling wine a strong territorial identity. The philosophy of the I Lori company, oriented towards the production of organic wines, emphasizes attention to quality and respect for the environment.

It has a pale straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage, evidence of good sparkling wine production. On the nose it offers fruity aromas, typical of Bellone, with hints of white-fleshed fruit (apple, pear) and citrus, accompanied by delicate floral notes. The Charmat technique emphasizes the aromatic freshness. In the mouth it is fresh and lively, with a pleasant acidity that balances the slight residual sweetness typical of the Extra Dry category. The perlage contributes to the sensation of freshness and cleanliness. The finish is of good persistence, with a return of fruity notes.
