Sete is a courageous project born from three friends with the desire and need to contribute to safeguarding the peasant culture of their ancestors, discovering and mapping the clones of vines present in the eleven parcels that they have taken over, and yes, discover is the right word, because once upon a time grapes were grapes and not vines distinguished by characteristics and species, also finding true treasures made up of decades-old vines of native vines that the culture of farmers saved from the fashion of international vines. Land immersed in a sunny area, beaten by sea breezes and protected by the Lepini Mountains.

Moli Sete is produced from white muscat grapes from vines over 40 years old with south-east exposure on clay and silt soil with a slight presence of sand and limestone. After manual harvesting in small boxes, the pressed grapes undergo a two-day maceration on the skins followed by fermentation and refinement in steel.

Moli Sete has a deep yellow color with a nose of jasmine and medium-ripe yellow-fleshed fruit with a surprising palate with minerality and robust body.
