Amaro Formidabile

The Pallini company was founded in 1875 by Nicola Pallini in Antrodoco, and then moved to Rome in the early 1920s, where the factories are currently located. Among the various products, Mistrà, an anise-based liqueur, established itself in a short time as an unsurpassed espresso coffee fix.

The Amaro Formidabile produced by Pallini is a natural liqueur elaborated by hand through the maceration of aromatic and medicinal plants in a very pure grain alcohol. This is a totally different product from any other amaro on the market, one of a kind, as it undergoes cold maceration in grain alcohol with different botanicals without the aid of additives, dyes, caramel or any type of aroma synthesis than natural.
