NZÙ was born from Marco Carpineti's need to produce a wine in full harmony with nature. From Nero Buono grapes grown where man, with the help of horses, rules the field. In the cellar then the natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and the maturation in terracotta amphorae give life to NZÙ, a wine of the past with hints of red fruits and spices and a robust and dry palate.

Nzù, or going together. It is the meaning in the Romance dialect of Cori of Marco Carpineti's magnificent amphora wine obtained from Nero Buono grapes. Complex, refined, with a full flavour, it is a tribute to ancient Rome, for a wine that already lives in the future. After an initial phase of natural fermentation, Nzù Nero Buono ages in amphorae made from clay selected from the hills of Cori. Thus, Nero Buono shows its ruby and garnet color and an intense aroma of spices and red fruit. Nzù Nero Buono summarizes with its dry and robust character the history of Cori, the nuances of the volcanic and ferrous lands from which it was born.
