The Cantina Paolo e Noemia D'Amico is a young company born in one of the most suitable areas of Lazio, located in the upper Viterbo area on the border with Umbria and Tuscany, in the Vaiano valley. The origins arise from the beauty, the love for good taste and the passion for good wine that push Paolo and Noemia to undertake this adventure in 1985 by planting the first 5 hectares of Chardonnay. Great care in the vineyard for the management of the rows with organic farming methods and great care and cleanliness in the wines make the Paolo e Noemia d'Amico winery an interesting reality in the Lazio wine scene that has already been appreciated from the first productions.

Falesia Chardonnay Paolo e Noemia d'Amico has a golden yellow with marked hints of ripe fruit that elegantly blend with toasted notes of almond and then honey and vanilla. On the palate it is complex, balanced with a creamy finish surrounded by a beautiful minerality.
