Andrea Fiacco and Giuseppe Palombo in 2013 decided to make their dream come true and to follow up on the experiences lived in the world of wine in particular in an area still unexplored in its great complexity and richness. From this vital impulse the Montecorvino winery was born at the foot of the Lepini Mountains, facing the sea. The vineyards are partly owned, partly by producers with the same curiosity in bringing out the best fruits of the earth, characterized by favorable climatic conditions that make each place unique.

Fiorile Montecorvino is an assembly of viognier and Greco di tuff grapes from espalier vineyards with a density of about 5000 plants and producing 80 quintals per hectare. The grapes are harvested manually in small boxes at the beginning of September for the viognier grapes and at the end of September for the greco grapes. After harvesting they are refrigerated and then crushed and pressed, always respecting the temperatures, and then cold decanted and triggering the fermentation in steel where it evolves until bottling which takes place in the following spring.
