The cellar Imperatori is located in an area south of Rome, with a strong wine vocation, where the vine has been flourishing for thousands of years. The winery is young but the objectives are ambitious: to produce wines that can interpret, in a different key, the area where the company is rooted, and the rediscovery of varieties grown in the Roman countryside before the phylloxer crisis and interpreted in a modern way.

At the sight it shows an impenetrable ruby red, tending to garnet with aging; on the nose intense, ample, with floral and fruity notes, characteristics of this vine, on the harmonic palate, elegant with good structure.
