I vini prodotti dalla famiglia Cotarella sono unici nel loro enere, grazie alle incredibili proprietà delle terre in cui vengono coltivati i vitigni, infatti questi, sono situati in una zonna di origine vulcanica, a cavallo tra Lazio ed Umbria, fino alle fertili campagne del senese in Toscana.
