Cabernet Franc Petit Verdot

Sant'Eufemia is a farm located in the territory of Cisterna di Latina, between the areas of Doganella di Ninfa, Colle della Villa and Valle Abate, on the border with Lanuvio and Velletri. A wonderful landscape where organic farming is practiced with passion and dedication in the cultivation of olives, kiwis and grapes. Among the cultivated varieties we find Bellone, Grechetto, Merlot, Malvasia Puntinata, Vermentino, Syrah, Cabernet franc and Cabernet Sauvignon used to produce very good wines.

The Cabernet Franc Petit Verdot grapes from which the organic red wine of Sant'Eufemia is obtained, immediately after the harvest are sent to cold maceration for 12 hours, followed by the addition of selected yeasts and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. Then, the malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and after that the wine ages in steel and is ready to be bottled.
