It looks crisp and bright, with a yellow straw; The sparkle is fine, lively and persistent. The nose hints of yeast and bread crust with hints of almond, walnut, hazelnut, chestnut. The palate is manifested with great structure and elegance. Excellent acid evolution and the great harmony of flavors.
