Andrea Fiacco and Giuseppe Palombo in 2013 decided to make their dream come true and to follow up on the experiences lived in the world of wine in particular in an area still unexplored in its great complexity and richness. From this vital impulse the Montecorvino winery was born at the foot of the Lepini Mountains, facing the sea. The vineyards are partly owned, partly by producers with the same curiosity in bringing out the best fruits of the earth, characterized by favorable climatic conditions that make each place unique.

The Ceviano of the Montecorvino winery is a blend of Bellone, Trebbiano, Malvasia Puntinata, somewhat representative of the native vines of the Pontine Plain, between the Lepini Mountains and the sea. The color is a pale straw yellow and on the nose stand out white flowers, wild fennel and a slight hint of white pepper. On the palate it is round, with a freshness that comes out at a distance and a savory finish.
