Rapiglio

Andrea Fiacco and Giuseppe Palombo in 2013 decided to make their dream come true and to follow up on the experiences lived in the world of wine in particular in an area still unexplored in its great complexity and richness. From this vital impulse the Montecorvino winery was born at the foot of the Lepini Mountains, facing the sea. The vineyards are partly owned, partly by producers with the same curiosity in bringing out the best fruits of the earth, characterized by favorable climatic conditions that make each place unique.

The Rapiglio is a Merlot that ages 8 months in 5 or 6-year barriques before being bottled and resting another 3 months in the bottle. A simple wine but rich in tannins that is gradually appreciated on the palate. Ideal with dishes with a strong flavor based on meat and game.
