Kius Pas Dosé is a classic method sparkling wine, a perfect synthesis between tradition and modernity. The Nero Buono grapes are carefully selected and harvested in love in the first ten days of September, and are then sent to soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aging on the lees for 60 months.

An wine produced in limited quantities that best expresses the philosophy of the Marco Carpineti winery, and the best properties of the terroir giving life to a complex but balanced wine.
