Best Brut

The Best Brut sparkling wine is the first sparkling version of the East! East!! East!!! of the Falesco winery of the same name in Lazio. It is the product of a meticulous vinification using the Charmat method: following the soft pressing of the grapes, we proceed with the fermentation and the final fermentation in autoclave.

The result is a light yellow sparkling wine with greenish reflections that opens on the palate through a direct sip, rich in fruity notes (especially apple), ending with a good acid and savory note. A delicate and pleasant bubble by Falesco.
