In the Frascati area on the border with Monte Porzio Catone Manlio Mergé began his activity as a winemaker, but it was with the arrival of his children Massimiliano, Marco, Maria-Beatrice and Marianna that the winery projected itself among the actors of Frascati viticulture, committing to carry out production with respect and culture of its territory.

Biancolella Casata Mergè has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, hints of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit with a hint of ripeness, beautiful minerality and flavor that make the product broad and pleasant on the palate.
