Even today, as per tradition and the rule established by our great-grandfather Andrea, every evening we continue to write the diary of our working day with the same precision and dedication as always to learn, to study, to reflect and for the generations to come.With the Its 13° degrees, this Moscato, with a very slow fermentation, retains all the aroma of the grapes from which it comes, 100% harvested manually, the expression of a unique microclimate, pampered and favored by the sea breeze. No aging but only careful maceration to the selective extraction of the polyphenolic complexes and all the aromas and scents of a foreign grape that has fallen in love with these lands, the sun and the sea.

Turgid, typically varietal, with a scent of red pulp fruit with notes of violet and raspberry, this 12.5° ruby red is well suited to all meat-based dishes, tomato-based first courses, to rich barbecues in company.
