The sparkling white Riflessi is the fruit of Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes and of a particular procedure during winemaking (refermentation with the Charmat method) which makes it even more lively, especially for culinary combinations.

Pressing, fermentation and refermentation, bottling and aging enhance the aromaticity of this white Sant’Andrea.

The straw yellow color contains delicate and elegant aromas of white flowers and fresh notes of tropical fruit: each sip is a sensory journey of taste, only dry, fine and persistent.
