Capolemole Rosso

The winemaking process dedicated to him begins with the selection and harvesting of Nero Buono, Montepulciano and Cesanese grapes, matured in different periods thanks to the exposure of the vineyards and the particularly favorable climate; it continues with fermentation, assembly and maturation in wooden barrels for about a year.

The result is a red rich in aromatic notes to be savored: the intense ruby color releases pleasant aromas and aftertaste of berries and jam, for an overall warm, dry and aromatic flavor.
