Situated on the slopes of the town of Cori The Cincinnatus is a wine cooperative of the most important in the region and is the only one that has developed a radical project of quality vines on the territory especially in the recovery and enhancement of native grapes of Nero Buono and Bellone. Transported by the winemakers at the winery in small tanks, the grapes are evaluated qualitatively and start to winemaking.

Sparkling wine with the Charmat method Bellone brut Cincinnatus has a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent; delicate, fragrant white flesh peach and acacia; intense flavor, soft, slightly aromatic.
