Oppidum is a white resulting from a slow and meticulous vinification process: the Moscato grapes are harvested manually and prepared for destemming, cryomaceration and fermentation at a constantly controlled temperature. A wine that keeps intact the aromatic and fragrant characteristics of the grapes of origin, signed Sant’Andrea.

With a rich and full taste, the white Oppidum gives the eyes and palate immediate and pleasant sensations: its straw yellow with hints tending towards gold recalls aftertaste reminiscent of tropical fruit, apricots and dried roses. 13 ° to be savored in all their aromaticity and balance.
