The wine has aromas that have always been typical of the Merlot; cherry, cherry, raspberry and cassis. The difficulty to cultivate early varieties such as Merlot in a hot environment is to identify the exact date of collection and not wait any longer. Soft, dry on the palate. They are perceived in the final notes of mint and liquorice, a result of the synergy between bottle aging and territory. Wine that impresses with particular softness of its tannins and extraordinary aromatic freshness.
