The cellar Imperatori is located in an area south of Rome, with a strong wine vocation, where the vine has been flourishing for thousands of years. The winery is young but the objectives are ambitious: to produce wines that can interpret, in a different key, the area where the company is rooted, and the rediscovery of varieties grown in the Roman countryside before the phylloxer crisis and interpreted in a modern way.

It has a very intense ruby red with faint violet reflections and garnet nuances that increase with the progress of aging, with a complex, broad and very fine nose, it shows notes of red fruits and strong hints of sweet spices. On the palate it expresses an excellent structure with an intense and enveloping tannic charge that reaches full equilibrium during aging.
