De Sanctis Organic Farm is a historic winery si0nce 1816 in one of the oldest wine-growing areas such as the hills of Frascati in southern Lazio, in the volcanic area of ​​the ancient Reggillo Lake. The basic philosophy is organic and at 0 km, the grapes are harvested and processed a few meters in the cellar within the same vineyard according to meticulously controlled processes. The varieties grown in the 10 hectares of the farm are Malvasia del Lazio, Malvasia di Candia, Trebbiano Toscano, Bombino and Cabernet Franc. The organic winemaking process practiced by the company transforms the grape juice into great wines without the addition of additives and sulphites, respecting the natural cycles and ancient traditions.

Amacos is a Frascati Superiore biological reserve with a strong personality, born from the blend of Malvasia di Candia (90%) and Trebbiano (10%). The must ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks at controlled temperatures, then it's aged in barriques for 6 months and bottled. A wine rich in flavors and aromas that lends itself well to resting in the cellar before surprising the palate.
