Casata Mergè is a winery in Lazio region that was born in that area between Frascati and Monte Porzio Catone so dear to the Romans for the production of excellent wine. On this millenary tradition that is lost in the mists of time, the story of the Mergè family is based. In the early twentieth century, Manlio Mergè and his wife founded the winery, today led by the third generation, faithful to the traditional cultivation of indigenous centuries-old vines.

Venere is the white of Casata Mergè whose straw-yellow color already conquers at first glance, but it's on the palate that definitely convinces with its freshness and the right balance between acidity, flavor and minerality.
