Kius Rosè Extra Brut

Marco Carpineti's investment in production techniques is a true homage to the Lazio region dedicated to preserving its uniqueness. Kius Extra Brut, like the other wines of the cellar, was created to enhance the organoleptic properties of the grapes used, Nero Buono di Cori in this case. The bunches, processed according to the typical winemaking savoir-fair of the company, follow an accurate vinification carried out in soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging on the lees for 30 months.

Thus was born the subtle perlage of this Kius rosé: the soft pink color opens to the nose through hints of citrus and gives the palate great freshness.
