Propizio

The Propizio is the result of a cultivation and production that for over 20 years has been operating with organic farming. The Giangirolami company was founded in 1956 and over time was transformed into a reality of 80 hectares of land between vineyards and orchards, all treated and fertilized in full respect of the ecosystem.

The vineyard consists of three bodies registered in the IGT Lazio vineyard register; of these two fall within the area of ​​the Roman castles at Doc, the other in the area of ​​Doc di Cori. In Borgo Montello (Le Ferriere), where the winery is also located, red grape vines are cultivated, while in Doganella di nymph, in the DOC area of ​​choirs, almost all the white-berry vines are cultivated except for Montepulciano and of the Black Good. The training system is the espalier system with Guyot or spurred cordon pruning. The planting density is 4000 plants per hectare.

The Propizio shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is intense, with aromas of exotic fruit and hawthorn. In the mouth it is fresh, quite savory with a good acidity typical of the vine.
