Izzi liquor factory was founded back in 1903, when a young confectioner from Fondi, passionate about chemistry and herbal medicine, extracted from herbs, seeds and roots an infusion of extraordinary tonic and digestive properties. His name was Vincenzo Izzi and his family has kept the secret of Amaro Erbes for four generations. The Izzi family's hundred year old recipe of Sambuca, the careful selection of raw materials and the constant control of quality make it the most refined and delicate product of its kind.
