Not aged in oak and bottled at 57% to preserve its pure character and vibrant intensity while maintaining the luxuriant typicity, softness and robust build.

A nose of incredible aromatic impact due to the long and slow fermentation. On the palate it is intense, explosive, but not acute. Notes of pepper, green olives, aromatic herbs, palm leaves. Persistent, almost infinite finish. Preserves notes of glue and green vegetables, with a hint of smoked, grappa
and tequila.
