Gin Monsieur

The Professor's Gin was born from an idea of Carlo Quaglia - historic Piedmontese distiller and the boys of the "Jerry Thomas Speakeasy" of Rome, recognized as one of the 50 best clubs in the world. The recipe provides a skilful blend of herbs and spices including juniper, lavender, orange, angelica, zedoària, rose, chamomile and others, which, emphasized by the sweetness of the infusion with cinnamon and vanilla, give life to an unusual and intense product floral notes.
Round and silky on the palate, it expresses strength and, at the same time, great softness; it is enveloping and calibrated in alcohol, with the ability to stimulate powerful retro olfactory returns.
