Box Valentine's Day Champagne Brut Black Label Lanson

The Brut “Black Label” is a Champagne produced by one of the Maisons with the richest history in Champagne. Lanson was founded in 1760 and still today preserves and defends the ancient family savoir-faire tradition. ''Black Label'' the champagne produced by Lanson is a true calling card of this very famous Maison of Reims, which decided to create a label that could express the typical profile of Lanson and its centuries-old tradition resulting from the care in creating this high quality champagne.

At the end of the harvest, the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes undergo a separate vinification process, subsequently the vin clairs are left to rest for a few months, without carrying out malolactic fermentation and are then assembled to create the final cuvée. The second fermentation is carried out in the bottle, according to the Chapenoise method, with a stop sur lattes in the Maison's cellars for at least 36 months.
