Etsu Japanese gin has a charm like few others. Etsu in Japan means "pleasure", a name that speaks for itself, referring to a truly surprising taste experience. Produced in Hokkaido, the northernmost island of Japan, the place of origin gives this gin unique characteristics: here, in fact, the Yozu grows, an ancient citrus fruit typical of the area, to which we owe the exclusive taste of Etsu and the characteristic yellow note.

Etsu immediately presents itself as a niche gin, with great organoleptic qualities. The color is clear, floral scents prevail on the nose, it is fresh on the palate and with great balance, with a finish in which Sichuan pepper prevails in addition to the marked aroma of Japanese bitter orange peel. From the first sip it is easy to notice the typical imprint of oriental gins, intense and silky and in this version also a good freshness and at the same time original and certainly different from the others. The very characteristic Japanese style also stands out on the label, thanks to a strong impact packaging, which incorporates the classic iconography of Japan.

To his country, Etsu Gin owes above all the excellent raw materials, present on the island, and the very pure water from the Taisetsu mountains.
